The name/initial correction is made in the Provisional Certificate on the basis of final consolidated Mark Statement with the following enclosures

  Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Registrar, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli - 627 012" or Indian Bank Challan (Blue Colour) for Rs.500/- + Search fee Rs.200/- per semester from the examination passed

  Attested Xerox copy of consolidated Mark Statement, Provisional Certificate (For UG)/ Attested Xerox copy of consolidated Mark Statement, Provisional Certificate, Previous Degree Certificate (For PG)

  Original Provisional Certificate to be corrected.

Regular affiliated/ Self Financing College students who have not received their Provisional Certificate from College for the respective examination shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.

Students those who have successfully completed their course have not received their Provisional Certificate from Directorate of Distance & Continuing Education admission office for the respective examination shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.d

•   Copy of Final Mark Statement (Consolidated) should be attached.
•   Fees Rs.500/- Demand Draft in favour of The Registrar, ManonmaniamSundaranar University, Tirunelveli-12, or Indian Bank (Blue Color Challan at University Building).
•   If the above fee has been already paid to the College produce the evidence for consideration.
•   Self-addressed stamped (Rs.50/-) A4 size envelope
