Regular affiliated/ Self Financing College students who have not received their Degree Certificate from College for the respective examination shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.

•     Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate (For UG )
•     Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate & Previous degree (For PG )
•      Fees Rs.2000/-+Search Fee Rs.200 per year for affiliated colleges
•     Self-addressed stamped (Rs.50/-) A4 size envelope.

The name/initial correction is made in the Degree Certificate on the basis of final consolidated Mark Statement with the following enclosures

    Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Registrar, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli - 627 012" or Indian Bank Challan (Blue Colour) for Rs.500/- +Search fee Rs.200/- per year from the examination passed

    Attested Xerox copy of consolidated Mark Statement, Provisional Certificate (For UG)/ Attested Xerox copy of consolidated Mark Statement, Provisional Certificate, Previous Degree Certificate (For PG)

    Original Degree Certificate to be corrected.

Regular affiliated/ Self Financing College students who have not received their Degree Certificate from College for the Academic Year (Current) examination shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.

•   Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate (For UG )
•   Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate & Previous degree (For PG )
•    Fees Rs.500/- Demand Draft in favour of Registrar , Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli-12, or Indian Bank (Blue Color Challan at University Building)
•   If the above fee has been already paid to the College produce the evidence for consideration.
•   Self-addressed stamped (Rs.50/-) A4 size envelope.
